How does it Work?
While the Intimate Peel treatment is more popular with women, it is also well-suited for men who are unhappy with the hyperpigmentation around their private areas. The powerful, active ingredients packed into this safe and proven peel will work to counter the effects of pigmentation to lighten the skin in the treated areas. Some of the ingredients in an Intimate Peel will also work to prevent the growth of melanocytes in the private areas, which ensures longer term improvement of skin discoloration and pigmentation. You may require a course of 3 to 4 treatments spaced about two weeks apart. Our aestheticians may also provide you some homecare products to complement the Intimate Peel treatment for more sustainable outcomes.
Intimate Peel Procedure
Our experienced and discreet aesthetic professionals will perform your Intimate Peel treatment after establishing a customized course of action. Your privacy and comfort will be prioritized at all times. It will take about 30 minutes to complete one treatment session at our office. You can return to your day’s routine or go back to work right away after the treatment. Make sure that your intimate area is shaved within 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. The area will be thoroughly cleansed and prepped before the treatment begins. Our aesthetician will apply the Intimate Peel and allow it to reach your deeper dermal layers for about 10 minutes. Lastly, the cream will be thoroughly removed, and you will then experience freshly smooth skin right after the treatment. Each treatment will be tailored to meet your unique skin care needs and cosmetic goals. During your pre-op consultation, our Intimate Peel expert will discuss your best treatment options based on your requirements and personal experiences.
Post-Treatment Recommendations
While the Intimate Peel treatment will involve no post-treatment recovery or downtime, you should avoid strenuous physical activities or exercises for at least 12 hours. It is best to wear loose fitting clothes for a day. While your Intimate Peel treatment sessions are progress, do not undergo laser hair removal or waxing. We will provide you appropriate home care products along with instructions on how to use them for optimal skin brightening benefits.
